Aalii is a high-rise condominium sold by the Howard Hughes Corporation in their exciting and vibrant Ward Village development located in the Eastern portion of Kaka’ako, adjacent to world famous Ala Moana Shopping Center, Ala Moana Beach Park & the working/recreation small boat harbor of Kewalo Basin. I have worked with Tracy on two purchases and two sales all with excellent results. The latest situation involved the very difficult timing of the sale of one apartment with the already contracted purchase of another, contingent on the proceeds of the sale. The following is my review from selecting and working with Tracy Yamato as my real estate agent for the recent sale of my Hawaii property. I could not be happier with the real estate services received in working with Tracy Yamato from prior to listing to close. Tracy took the initiative to enter my home while I was away, obtained an excellent handyman to do minor but important work to prepare my home for going onto the market and for needed granite cleaning/polishing of master bathroom countertop important for the sale and beautifying of my home. He then took a lot of time and added beautiful decor items to my existing furniture which attracted many prospective buyers to my home for showings immediately upon photographing and listing. Tracy is very talented in home decor and with colors, which I appreciated as it maximized my home’s beauty and market value. He is, also, very efficient and always available in taking care of multiple matters that arise, which minimize the stress involved in selling a home.
